On August 9, 2022, the Vietnam - Thailand Friendship Association of Da Nang held a meeting to review its work for the first 6 months and implement a plan for the last 6 months of 2022.

At the meeting, Mr. Pham Huu Hoa assessed the Association's activities for the first 6 months of the year, organized a meeting to review the work of 2021 and deployed the operation orientation for 2022. Typical activities were the admittance of seven new members joining the Association; attending the meeting with the Vietnamese - Thai business delegation at the city Administration Center; sending a congratulatory letter to the Royal Thai Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City on the 46th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Viet Nam and Thailand, etc. At the same time, the Association actively participated in activities organized by the Da Nang Union of Friendship Organizations.

Mr. Pham Huu Hoa also set out the direction of the Association's activities for the last 6 months of 2022, e.g. organizing the Association's delegation to work with the Royal Thai Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, and to meet with the Vietnam - Thailand Friendship Association in Dong Nai province and Ho Chi Minh City to study the possibility of compiling the Association's special journal and organize friendly exchanges.

Leaders and members of the Association's Executive Committee gave comments and opinions, such as:  assigning the Association's Standing Committee to decide on the admission of new members in the future; connecting with Vietnamese expatriates living and working in Thailand; proposing to universities that they reduce tuition fees in order to create favorable conditions for Lao and Thai monks to study in Da Nang.

On behalf of the Association's leaders, Mr. Pham Huu Hoa handed a decision to recognize the new members of the Association, and he hoped that these new members would work with the Association's Executive Board to actively coordinate and contribute to the Association's development.
