In 2015, South East Asian Relief (SEAR) continues its annual programme for helping disadvantaged children in Da Nang through the Da Nang Child Protection Fund (DCPF) of the Da Nang Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs.

 

The Programme was approved by the Da Nang People's Committee at Decision No. 03/QD-UBND dated 5th January 2015 with 500 million VND funded by SEAR to help children in especially difficult circumstances with main activities: Helping children with difficult circumstances in the community with heart disease treatment supporting poor children to go to school or to get vocational training helping disadvantaged children in the community and supporting activities of the DCPF. Reciprocal funding from the city budget includes support for survey activities, and costs related to programme implementation./.
